You may create an account using Google or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to scan websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the API
- Use automated scripts to access the service beyond normal usage patterns
- Redistribute or resell audit data without permission
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled according to Lemon Squeezy's refund policy. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of SeoChatAI are owned by us and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Audit reports generated for your websites are yours to use freely.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
SeoChatAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that SEO recommendations will result in improved search rankings. AI-generated analysis is advisory in nature and should be reviewed by qualified professionals.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SeoChatAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Moldova.
